The National Academy of Behavioral Sciences (NABS) investigates the resistance to mixed hostels in Kerala due to societal norms, privacy concerns, stereotypes, and societal perceptions. By increasing education and awareness, NABS aims to challenge these perspectives, promote equality, and encourage acceptance for diverse forms of cohabitation.
